About the Journal
The first diamond open access journal in the field of Digital Health
The European Journal of Digital Health (EJDH) publishes high-quality, peer-reviewed research that addresses digital innovations in health from a theoretical, methodological and/or applied perspective. We take a broad perspective on health, not just as the reduction or absence of disease, but also the presence of wellbeing. Digital Health inherently relies on various distinct disciplines, including health informatics and data science, artificial intelligence, health communication science, public health science, implementation science, and medical and health psychology.
We strongly support best practices in open science: we encourage researchers to preregister their studies, where possible, and to make materials and data findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable (FAIR). EJDH also explicitly invites the submission of replication studies.
