About the Journal
FRAME is a biannual non-profit student-run journal of literary studies affiliated with Utrecht University, which publishes articles by international scholars along with occasional interviews, critical reviews, and creative-critical contributions. Each issue centres on a specific theme that resonates with contemporary literary debates, intersecting with other disciplines and creating space for fruitful discussions. FRAME is run by an international editorial board, offering young editors the opportunity to gain critical experience in the early stages of their career. This mission is also reflected in the content of each issue, which features not only seasoned scholars, but also gives voice to recent graduates and students.
