    Isabell Lorey is a political theorist at the European Institute for Progressive Cultural Policies and professor at the Institute for Political Science at the University of Kassel. Her books include Figuren des Immunen: Elemente einer politischen Theorie (2011) and State of Insecurity: Government of the Precarious (2015).
