    Yra van Dijk (1970) obtained a doctor's degree in Literary Studies on Leegte die ademt, het typografisch wit in de poëzie (Nijmegen: Vantilt, 2006). She is a (poetry) critic for NRC Handelsblad and teaches Modern Dutch Literature at the University of Amsterdam.
